Clayton Hodges founded Lyca Consulting in 2020 after more than three decades in civil engineering consulting. His experience includes land development, grading, utilities, stormwater management, ADA improvements, permitting, project management, and coordination with local, state, and federal review agencies.
Clay is a licensed Professional Engineer and also holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. His ongoing stormwater research helps keep Lyca current with evolving design practices and regulatory expectations, while the firm's day-to-day work remains grounded in practical consulting experience.
