Lyca Consulting, LLC was founded in 2020 by Clayton Hodges, Ph.D, P.E.  Clay is an experienced civil engineer, with over 25 years of experience working for clients in southwest Virginia.  

 

Lyca offers a range of services, primarily focusing on services related to land development and existing development maintenance.  We have expertise in both commercial and residential land development, including all aspects of site design (parking, utilities, stormwater management, etc.), master planning, budgeting, road design, subdivision development, and project management.  One of our unique focuses is optimizing stormwater management design, with Clay's Ph.D. dissertation focusing on stormwater BMP design optimization.
